Can you put on the highest DEBUG messages in the logs? I don't know how
to do that, but maybe it should help.

harmless, I think.

I would guess that the CommandManager object is used by Cream to talk to
the Batch System (TORQUE, here at Liverpool) to issue commands and read
feedback. The interface for that is BLAH (Batch Local Ascii Helper) I
think. In anycase, your CREAMDelegationService can't get a
CommandManager object and it's bombing out, according to the messages.
I don't know why your CREAM can't get a CommandManager, but maybe BLAH
needs defining?
Or try the CREAM support, i.e. [log in to unmask]
