As for the others, do you imagine someone sat around in a room and came up with these or do you see some of the titles as conferenced? eg 'dignity cremation urn in matt brown' replacing the earlier draft of 'shit fit'?
Kenneth, your poem is a bit, no a lot, of a gem. Be interesting to take some of Max's listed categories and see which swallows which in the quality chain. Clearly platinum and gold is on the nose - or is the advertised reduction a teaser from a great height price?
