Actually, I am glad this was brought up. I was wondering whether there
was any consensus building for or against Mitegen mounts for
room-temperature or ~0 C data collection. I no longer trust my skills or
a new student's dedication level to go through capillary mounts,
especially with pesky <100 micron crystals.
The Mitegen mounts also looked so promising for controlled dehydration
experiments, but I haven't heard much of that lately either. Maybe I am
not talking to the right people.
