Hello,
We've recently interfiled our short loan books with the main sequence and have found that some of our students are confusing the short-loan (24 hour loan) books with normal/one week loans.
We have a label on the spine of the book to indicate that it is a 24 hour loan and a 'No Renewal is possible' stamp on the first page of the book. However, some students are trying to renew these books online and are incurring a fine as they are not renewable.
If you have interfiled a short-loan collection, can you offer any advice? Did you encounter any problems for students and if you did, how did you overcome them?
Thanks in advance for your help
Kind regards
Regina
