Hi,
I am playing around with mcflirt on a Debian system running FSL version
5.0.6.
It seems that there is a nasty bug with the -edge option. This option
will produce a file crefvol_<filename>. The problem is, that this name
does not get rid of the preceding directory name in filename.
It should produce something like $(dirname $filename)/crefvol_$(basename
$filename), but insteads in does this: crefvol_$filename, resulting in
an Image Exception. Thus, mcflirt with the -edge option works only when
called from the same directory where file names are used with out path name.
cheers,
wolf
