Hello,
For anyone interested in teaching/training materials for RDM, I would just like to signpost Jorum. We now have a dedicated RDM collection with Open Educational Resources, including the MANTRA materials mentioned below. These are free to use, and reuse. The link is http://tinyurl.com/RDM-Jorum
We would also encourage any of you share any materials you may create as a result of all the efforts clearly going on in this area. Please do get in touch if you want to find out more or have any questions.
Best wishes,
Siobhan

Hi,
I went to a meeting and came back and saw a lot of me toos, so for those not sick of this thread, here’s the compilation I offered to Lawrence, in everybody’s favourite data format – MS Word!
Selection compiled by Cuna Ekmekcioglu.
Good to know that DCC keeps up a list too.
As for researcher case studies we will be releasing some more videos on Youtube soon (in addition to the ones we first used in MANTRA).
Cheers,

James, Robin
I would be interested in this information too, as we are embarking on a similar exercise.
Many thanks

Dear Lawrence,
At Oxford we’re undertaking a similar revision of our RDM pages, so expect another off-list email.

Lawrence,
My colleague has just collated some of this information for us as we’re in the process of revising our RDM pages. I’ll send it to you as an attachment off-list.
Cheers,

Subject: Beginner to RDM
Hello,
We're a small medical institution and, like many universities, are tackling the issue of how to manage our research data. Before I investigate the issue of cloud storage options, high-performance computing etc. I'd like to 'keep it real' and develop some brief pages for our library website which introduce our researchers to the concept of RDM, why it's important (funder reqs etc.), and provide introductory guidance on what they can do to improve the management of and access to the data they handle (e.g. data management plans; ethics etc.). I'd also like to point them to a few external resources such as the DCC website. For want of a better phrase, I'm looking to see what 'light touch RDM' web pages libraries have put together out there so that I can get ideas about what type of information we need to include.
Can anyone help?
thanks,
Lawrence
