Jeremy Yates (UCL) lives just up the road from QMUL.
I can invite him along if you'd like.
IIRC they didn't like X509 certificates - they are apparently too
complicated (or something).
I do recall this discussion before - and the PMB suggesting we shouldn't
do this "for free" as they were bidding for money to do this.
