You will provide a high-quality records management service helping to raise awareness of good practice in the management of this process. The role includes setting up, maintaining and developing retention schedules for implementation across the NCIs’. You will work with other NCIs Records Management staff to provide advice to client departments on good Records Management practice . Regular visits to other client departments located at Westminster and Lambeth palace may be required.
A qualified records management professional with substantial experience in the field, you will have outstanding attention to detail along with strong IT skills (including experience of working with CALM or similar systems). You will be a strong communicator, with the ability to explain specialist issues simply, and work effectively with members of staff at all levels.
