Hi,
This is an extension of my previous question. I used SPM.Sess(1).C.C and SPM.Sess(1).C.name to review the covariates entered in my first-level model of each subjects. In a group analysis, I entered age as a covariate to examine fmri signals reflecting age. In this group-level model, only one covariate (age) was set. This time SPM.Sess(1).C.C and SPM.Sess(1).C.name seemed not working.
I can use SPM.xC to review the struct and array of the covariates as below:
>> SPM.xC
ans =
rc: [17x1 double]
rcname: 'age'
c: [17x1 double]
cname: {'age'}
iCC: 1
iCFI: 1
type: 1
cols: 2
descrip: {2x1 cell}
But what I want to review is the content/value of covariates (i.e. age of each subject). Could anyone tell me how to review the covariate data in this group-level model?
Thanks in advance.
