James,
Cross gallery search is not included by design, as this is not a platform
with aggregation functionality, unlike google.com/culturalinstitute
Rebecca,
The terms apply to all users, but the practice of how they are applied
depends on the discoverability options chosen. The terms echo the wording
in the general terms as applied to - for instance - Gmail users, in order
that everyone can more easily understand the terms as they apply to users
of multiple Google products.
We are technically hosting, storing etc in order to publish these sites.
Thanks!
James
