Subject: [SPM] movement parameters in design matrix
Hi,
I got 2 questions about the elimination of movement parameters and hope some experts can help me.
(1).
In my first-level analysis, each subject's EPI has been realigned to their first image, and the resliced images (images with the prefix "r") have eliminated these movement parameters (data were then normalized to standard template and smoothed). If this is correct, do I still have to model the 6 parameters as confounds within the GLM?
(2).
In realigement process it output a rp_xxx.txt file containing the 6 movement parameters. I know I can manually set 6 covariates in my first-level design matrix but is it possible to let spm gui does it automatically? How?
