Hello,
I think the trouble you are having is not due to an issue in spm_print,
but with a figure. Are you running spm remotely, or without figures?
Either way, one approach to deal with that could be to disable automated
printing of intermediate results (by adding "return" to the top of
spm_print, which will then return before printing anything) and by
re-generating the realignment figure post-hoc (for an example, see the
code snippet at
https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?A2=SPM;e4a3a9e2.1207)
