I recently attended the SPM course, where in the VBM session we were told about the 'tissue volume' option in SPM-12 to allow the calculation of total intercranial volume.
When I tried to use this option I got the following error message:
Error using spm_vol>spm_vol_hdr (line 79)
File "........mwc1 filename" does not exist.

The following modules did not run:
Failed: Tissue volume
I was wondering whether I am inputting something wrong. The help section states that if mwc1 files are available these would be used but I assumed this meant these are not necessary. As I am running a Dartel analysis I only have smwc files and not mwc files.
Thanks
Becky
