Dear Colleagues,
I am looking for good examples of where organisations have managed to successfully move to the 'Paperlite' Office and would really welcome the opportunity to carry out a site visit and learn from you.
We currently have a hybrid system of paper and a case management system to manage our casework and are looking to go digital as far as possible. This includes scanning correspondence (in/out); secure online accessible portals for our customers/staff; integrating with social media – while at the same time maintaining RM and DPA/FOI requirements.
Please can you contact me off list if you would be happy to show/tell me what you’ve developed – whether it’s everything as described above, some parts of it or more.
