Hi all,
I've performed an experiment where I collected two runs in a single session. I want to Maxfilter the data, apply movement compensation and then align the runs to the same reference position. I've had a good read through the manual (using ver 2.2.10 btw) and this forum, but I must admit I'm still rather sketchy on how this is achieved through the command line. My best guess is below.
Here I am attempting to estimate the head position during run1:
maxfilter -f run1.fif -o run1_quat.fif -origin fit -frame head -headpos
Here I am attempting to apply movement compensation to run2 and then transform the head position estimated in run1:
maxfilter -f run2.fif -o run2_tsss_mc.fif -st -movecomp -hp run2.pos -trans run1_quat.fif
Can someone who knows how to make the magic happen please advise...
1. If I am approaching the steps in the correct order?
2. If the above commands will achieve what I want to do?
3. Is '-origin fit -frame head' the same as selecting fit to isotrack points via the gui?
cheers
Craig
