The volume numbers are those of the printed _Patrologia Graeca_. You hadn't said that you were after Blasius / Blaise; his Passio is in vol. 116 at cols. 817-830 (along with a Latin translation by Laurentius Surius). The digitization at Documenta Catholica Omnia (whose files for this work are too large to begin with) seem not to go that far into vol. 116. Can you get a scan through ILL? Surius' Latin version is here (in vol. 1 of his _De probatis sanctorum historiis_):

As Symeon Metaphrastes' Menologion. The attribution is traditional and fits Symeon's editorial activity. You can cite the Passio of Blasius of Sebaste as being in the Menologion of Symeon Metaphrastes, ap. Migne, _Patrologia Graeca_, vol. 116, cols. 817-830. Menologion is a generic title and as such does not require italicization.
Best again,
