Yes, that stages of construction animation is one of my major beefs with
the English Parish Church disc. Each of the individual developments is
plausible, but the overall evolution definitely isn't.
The animations on the English Cathedrals & Monasteries disc are for a
single bay (and individual features) for successive architectural styles.
It's not quite what you want, but the nearest thing that I know is the
