Thanks Steve, it seemed to work for me too until I tried via our extranet.
Have a good weekend.

Subject: Re: [lis-e-resources] Accessing OUP Journals via Shibboleth
Hi Helen,
> I'm on IE 11 and although I am seeing the 'Select your institution location' and 'Select your institution' drop-down menus on the OUP Journals Shibboleth login screen from on-campus when I try from off-campus I'm not seeing these either.
Thanks for this - I tried on IE10 earlier and didn't see the problem, which made me think it was perhaps only older versions of IE. But of course, I'm on campus, so will need to check from home later...
I'll pass the extra info on to the folk at the SP.
Cheers
Steve

>> Is anyone else having problems accessing Oxford University Press journals via Shibboleth using Internet Explorer? If we click the 'login via your institution' link off campus the following message appears:
>>
>> 'If your institution is a member of a Shibboleth federation, you may gain access using your institution's login credentials. Contact your library to determine if your institution is participating in any Shibboleth initiatives, and to obtain your username and password. [Journal name] currently supports this method of authentication for institutions in the following countries, and is constantly working to add more. If you would like your institution to participate in this Shibboleth initiative, please contact your librarian. This method of authentication is not supported for your institution at this time.'
>>
>> Other browsers are fine, it is just IE we have this issue with. I have contacted Oxford but they can't see what is causing the problem so are now in contact with our Information Services department, but as the student will not have even chosen an institution at the point they receive this message I feel it must be a more general issue at Oxford's end.
>>
>> Any advice gratefully received, I've been trying to sort this for over a week.
