Hi,
There's no mesh export from FSLView I'm afraid.
I recommend that you try and use matlab to create the surface mesh (e.g. with isosurface) instead.
All the best,
Mark

When I view the volume in fslview's 3D viewer, it gives me an awesome 3D model of the connectivity pointcloud. I would like to integrate this 3D mesh with other visualization programs that I'm using, but I can't figure out any way to save this generated mesh to be used elsewhere. Is this possible? Is there a different program I could use that would give me something similar?
