There is a simple solution here... stop subscribing and when they ask you why - tell them that as they do not participate in usage stats through Ingenta Connect so you can't justify buying. If enough do it... they may wish to start "participating".

Subject: [lis-e-resources] Intellect journal usage statistics
Hello everyone
I wonder if anyone has a solution to the fact that Intellect 'do not participate' in the usage reports we collect from Ingenta Connect? Every year we have added titles to our portfolio from this publisher, but have no evidence on whether they are being used or to calculate whether they are cost-effective subscriptions! If anyone has been able to get statistics at a title level similar to a COUNTER JR1 report from this publisher I would be very interested to hear about it, on- or off-list.
Many thanks
Louise
