Dear FSL experts,
we are currently setting up a DTI processing pipeline including the
TOPUP/EDDY tools. I found the detailed documentation on the FSL website very
helpful.
However, one issue that I could not clarify (possibly because I missed
something) is the calculation of the "readout time" (--acqp file) when using
iPAT (or another parallel imaging protocol). Do I have to factor this in?
In our case we have a A->P, P->A EPI-DTI with echo spacing 0.91 ms, base
resolution 108, partial fourier 6/8 and iPAT=2. The correct readout time
would be 108 * 0.91 = 98.28 (iPAT not considered) or 54 * 0.91 = 49.14 (iPAT
considered)?
Any pointers are much appreciated,
Niels
