Hi,
I am surprised that there are Inf values generated by probtrackx2.
However, FSLView does show NaN and Inf values when it displays images, so that is expected behaviour.
Are the Inf values common or in important locations?
All the best,
Mark

The Nifti file is a seed-to-target file from a probtrackx2 classification session. Can anyone speculate where the Inf values are coming from? I am running Matlab R2013a on Apple's OS X 10.8.5.
