I would like to see this tied to the increased volume of emergency
vehicle sirens. Because so many people are in sound-insulated cars with
the radio up high, or wearing headphones, ambulances and fire and police
sirens are so loud that unprotected pedestrians are subjected to
offensive, and perhaps damaging levels of sound. Anyone know how many db
in a loud siren?
