Dear Victoria,
a postscript file is only created if the estimated movement parameters
are displayed, which only happens if the Graphics window is opened.
So you might want to start your batch script with:
spm_get_defaults('cmdline',false);
spm_figure('GetWin','Graphics');
The postscript file is saved in the current working directory so you
might want to have a 'change directory' module:
BasicIO > Dir Operations > Change Directory
before calling realignment.
You can easily recreate the plots if needed, see for example Marko's script:
