Dear FSL experts,
I am trying to overaly a first-level zstat on the subject's anatomy. Trying to use Renderstats I get the following cryptic message: "Not all of the stats images are of the same size as the input image" -- I am indicating one stat image only, by the way.
Trying to use overlay from the command line, the result is absolutely strange: the output is an image of the same size of the background -- which is good -- but most of the image is empty! Only a small corner of 64x64x36 (the original dimensions of the zstat file) is filled with, well, the original image.
The frustrating thing is that exactly the same command over a second level stat works perfectly, both from the GUI and from the command line.
Working:
overlay 0 0 /media/data/tomax/ppi/n3842/bn3842_7_1-0001.nii.gz -a /media/data/tomax/ppi/n3842/ppi.LFinger.only.run1.run2.fixed.effect/ppi.LFinger.only.run1.run2.fixed.effect.gfeat/cope1.feat/stats/tstat1.nii.gz -500 500 LFinger.tmap
Not working:
overlay 0 0 /media/data/tomax/ppi/n3842/bn3842_7_1-0001.nii.gz -a
/media/data/tomax/ppi/n3842/run1.noppi/srann3842.run1+.feat/stats/tstat1.nii.gz -500 500 LFinger.tmap
I would appreciate any suggestion or comment.
Kind regards,
Luca
