If you unset the SGE_ROOT environment variable, fsl_sub should run commands locally rather than submitting..

However, when I work on my university cluster, there is fsl_sub_sge -- not fsl_sub (fsl 5.0.2.2). I do not wish to parallelize my jobs on the cluster. Is there any way to bypass sge so that I can use fsl_sub?
