Yes John. I should have said so. The Approved VOs life-cycle makes use
of PROC14 and PROC13 for the details in steps a/b (create) and e/f
(delete) respectively. Steps c and d (edit and maintenance) are done in
addition to (actually between) PROC14 and PROC13, to support the GridPP
idea of an approved VO, which exists in addition to (on top of?) the
basic EGI processes. That's my interpretation of what we've got, anyway!
I can't see any other way to make it work.
Cheers, Steve
:--- Contract ----
a) Formal approval (ops team/PMB).
b) Release of VOMS Server records into Operations Portal (or otherwise).
c) Incorporation in Approved VOs document.
d) On going maintenance in Approved VOs document via operations portal (or otherwise).
e) Formal deletion (ops team/PMB).
f) Removal from approved list.
g) Addition of removed VO into history table to complete life-cycle.
