Hi all,
For completeness, please note that the policy requirement for lowercase VO
names (and dns-style names) has been there since 2008. Many VOs were named
before then of course!
See the VO Registration Security Policy - Appendix A on VO naming.
https://documents.egi.eu/document/78
Where it says:
"Considering that RFC1034 section 3.5 states that both upper case and
lower case letters are allowed,
but no significance is to be attached to the case, but that today the
software handling VO names may
still be case sensisitive, all VO names must be entirely in lower case."
Regards
Dave
