The Arts and Museums Service of Hampshire County Council has just created four graduate placement opportunities.
These graduate placements, which are paid and will last for 5 months, are aimed at providing new graduates with experience of working within the cultural sector, only applicants who are currently unemployed and who have graduated within the last two years will be considered.
The graduates will work as a small multi-disciplinary team for five months on an Arts Council England funded project, 'Stronger and Bolder Together' exploring the power of viral marketing to engage the public with the work of Arts and Museum Services across Hampshire.
Key skills / backgrounds we require within the team include Digital Marketing, Digital Media Production, Journalism, Marketing, Media Production, Mobile Media Technology, Multimedia Journalism, Multimedia Studies, Museum Studies, Web Design and Development and applications from graduates with any of these or similar degrees are welcomed.
One placement will be based mainly at the National Motor Museum, Beaulieu, the other three mainly in Winchester, there will be, however, some element of offsite working and travel around the county expected for all the placements.
