Hi Anne-Mary,
Have you tried http://www.mendeley.com or http://www.bibme.org/
Bibme is simple, free, and web-based, while mendeley is a free downloadable client that can also search and index all the PDFs on your hard drive.
All the best,

Hi,
I'm trying to identify a good service for storing and then exporting references and citations. We are not able to pay for this so I'm looking for a cheap and cheerful web-based service.
I've tried Endnote for the web but cannot export records in the Harvard style (it does everything else very nicely!).
Zotero seems very user friendly but the site takes a long time to load and seems unstable.
CiteUlike - a little less user friendly but will do what I'm looking for.
If you use any of these with students I'd appreciate some feedback, or would you recommend something completely different?
Thanks,
Anne-Mary
