SCONUL Focus Issue 60: copy date 30th November 2013
The main theme for Issue 60 of SCONL Focus is collection development, though as usual we are pleased to accept articles on any topic and news from member libraries.
At the last editorial board meeting, we identified a number of themes of interest around collection development, and would be pleased to hear from anyone working on these areas:
* Resource Discovery
* E-textbooks/Coursesmart case studies
* Experience with Patron-driven access (PDA) models
* Interesting special collections and examples of how they are being promoted
* Succession planning in collection development teams
* The Locked Case - policy on items held in closed access collections
* Reports/updates on RLUK projects and initiatives
* Reading list solutions
Issue 58 is imminent, Issue 59 is being collated and finalised, and Issue 60 will be published early in 2014.
