(Apologies for cross-posting)
Hello,
We have recently purchased Turnitin and are working well on helping curriculum staff to create Turnitin assignments within their Moodle courses. However, there is a demand for students to be able to access one central area (outside of their individual Moodle courses) where they can upload their work for self-checking. I am looking into the best way of setting this up and the challenges that it may pose. I was wondering if anyone else had successfully set up a similar area within their VLE?
An example of one of the challenges that we would face involves:
* Allowing students to re-submit and upload more than one assignment at the same time - I can set it to allow a student to upload 5 assignments at once. However any further assignments will have to count as 'resubmissions' which will require 24 hours to update. Is there a way to allow indefinite uploads or a way that students can delete documents from their submission inboxes.
I look forward to hearing any ideas, particularly if you have created something like this within Moodle.
Kind regards,
Rachel
