Dear all,
I am trying to complete my Chartership portfolio soon but feel that I
am not progressing as quickly as I had hoped as I do not have
sufficient spare time to complete this task.
I note, in the CILIP Chartership Handbook,
http://www.cilip.org.uk/sites/default/files/documents/Chartership%20handbook%202012.pdf
, in the section on support for employers, mention is made of such a
contingency, namely: ‘Employers have a key role to play supporting
candidates by encouraging them to attend appropriate professional
meetings or by offering a short study break for completion of an
application for Chartered Membership.
I have applied for leave on a number of occasions for this purpose but
it appears that I will not be able to complete the work within the
remaining days of leave available. Has any one been granted study leave
to do this work?
Thanks.
