Dear FSL-users,
I am currently running a TBSS analysis to investigate differences between 3 groups (controls, MCI and AD patients). We investigated differences in FA, MD, RAD and AXD and the tfce_corrp_tstat files are significant in the directions as expected from the literature f.e. for the FA controls>MCI and so on.
The problem is, when I want to display the results, it seems like all the voxels in the skeleton are again displayed in the tstat files; in other words: it looks like the tstat files are totally overlapping (lets say for 90%) with the skeleton, so that every voxel is significantly different.. One would expect to find clusters in several regions, not the total skeleton to be significant, right?
I changed the min/max of both skeleton (2000;7000) and tstat (0.95; 1) but that does not seem to change anything.
Any ideas what can be the problem here?
Thank you in advance!
BW,
Lies Clerx
