Hi,
We've recently installed Nova StatStrip handheld lactate meters for use
in our critical care unit. The meters are simple to use and the results
are comparable to lab method. They are very similar to glucose meters so
we found it very important to stress to users that although they are
operated like a glucose meter, capillary finger prick samples must never
be used.
Nova were helpful prior to installation, assisting in the method
evaluation.
I've attached our user procedure guidelines.

Does anyone use/look after POC Lactate devices in their trust. Any
information would be great.
Many Thanks
