My recollection is that the List Forms page displays a list of forms
created within the current module. However, when you go to create a new
form you are able to make a clone of any form which is in a module for
which you have tutor access. Each form has a unique ID (GUID) so I
suspect this is the reason you are getting the "You already have this
form in your forms list" message - is this causing you a problem? It
would suggest to me that you are trying to import a form which is
already available for you to clone, but it may also be a bug.
