Hi fsl experts,
I'm trying to do a grey matter comparison,
but when I use VBM at the 2nd step ('fslvbm_2_template') the output 'template_4D_GM' have, for some time points, bad orientations,
i.e, I can see (in fslview) that sometimes the cerebellum is in the back, sometimes in the front ( as you can see in the attached file 'template_4D_GM')
Whereas in the step before ('fslvbm_1_bet') all the subjects have the same orientation (as you can see for few subjects the in the attached file 'screenshot').
so If someone have an idea, It would be great !
