Sorry I didn't reply on the this before. For both Andy Washbrook is the only one I know who has done anything (and he is not around on Friday) . Possibly for CMS Andrew or someone did at least some multi-core stuff .
I don't think we will be able to avoid some multicore activity in gridpp5..
manycore has previously been dealt with experiment upgrade computing proposals etc… maybe gridpp should indeed be involved.
