Subject: [SPM] BPM analysis
Hi SPMers,
I am willing to use the Biological Parametric Mapping (BPM) toolbox to analyse possible interactions between multimodal imaging data.
I am working on 3 modalities (containing structural MRI and PET data), and want to investigate correlations between them.
I thought using "Partial correlation" would enable to enter one modality as the covariate to the 2 others, but it doesn't work:
I performed the correlation using the flist file, but when I use the same format as an input for the third variable in the partial correlation, I get an error message on Matlab...
Can anyone tell me how to perform such analysis using BPM?
Many thanks,
Laure
