Dear CRUMB list,
On this Friday afternoon I'm writing a short note to let you know that after 13 years with the University of Sunderland (first as a PhD Student and then as staff member), I am moving at the end of this month to take up a research position at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design at Dundee University in Scotland. I will be continuing as co-editor of CRUMB and the website at www.crumbweb.org, so from where you are sitting reading this, nothing on that front has really changed ;-)
You can continue to email both Beryl and I about CRUMB activities and this mailing list, we will continue to moderate discussions and plan workshops and other face-to-face activities. We welcome your input!
From now til October I will be in Mexico for the Transitio Festival of Electronic Art and Video - we are holding a curatorial talk hosted by the British Council, and a panel about the curating of the many exhibitions which make up the festival will take place as part of the symposium. More information is at transitiomx.net and if you are in DF I look forward to meeting you. And from October, I look forward to seeing you a little further up the northeast coast of the UK.
*Please Note: from the 30th of September 2013 this email address will no longer function!*
After more than a decade with the University of Sunderland I am moving to Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design at the University of Dundee in Scotland. I will continue to be co-editor of The Curatorial Resource for Upstart Media Bliss www.crumbweb.org.
