Dear all,
Do any labs routinely add comments to PSA requests from GPs? For example, suggesting exclusion of UTI in the absence of clinical details, or suggesting repeat if PSA is elevated for the first time with a normal DRE? Does anyone comment on results from patients undergoing monitoring/active surveillance of raised PSA levels?
Many thanks,
Katie
