Does anybody know if there is a possibility that uncarbonised cereal
chaff remains could sink down in waterlogged clayey sediment. And that
harder, lignified fruit remains (such as Corylus and Cornus stones) do
not?
Is there any publications on that subject?
Thanks in advance,
Best wishes to all,
