Hello,
I have ran a FSL-VBM analysis; but I do not understand my output images. It's a simple matter but I was looking for some clarification.
I have two participant groups A and B which are EV1 and EV2 in my <design.mat> file, so in my <design.con> file I have
C1: A>B 1 -1
C2: B>A -1 1
In my output I get two tfce_corrp_tstat images (i.e. tstat1 & tstats2). When I overlay these output onto the 2mm MNI152 template I get more activation in t1 than t2. So, do the images show a direction-free difference in volume between groups in my ROI? Or, does t1 = C1 and t2=C2?
If the former is the case, how can I find out which group has more volume in the ROI?
Thank you for your help (and apologies if it is a dumb question!)
