Hello FSL geniuses,
Just a point of clarification please.
I am simply interested in conducting a one-sample test on a group of data within a condition without contrasts. Im used to running this analysis on the copes or produces of a statistical analysis (rest > experimental condition)….
In this specific case, I am interested in assessing the brain regions corresponding to simple resting state, without comparing to any other experimental conditions.
Therefore do I:
1) fslmerge -t only the scans of interest (i.e., resting state scans).
2) Then simply run the randomise command
?
Thank you ahead of time.
