Ah, one little known feature (at least I suspect it is little known!) is that in the main spectra windows you can choose different ways to display the peaks (but it's a global switch, not by window or by spectrum). One of the options now is line width. This is in the Peak --> Draw Parameters dialog in the Draw Size tab. This is not for the traces, though, I'll see if that is easy to do, but likely it would have to be done in the C code so would have to wait for 2.3.2 or 2.4.
