PROC13 is for deregistering a VO.

Note that this will not be a red-tape exercise (which is pretty much what these PROC11s are for NGS sites that ceased operation a long time ago).
The VO cards won't disappear and the VO won't be shut down until sites stop supporting it.
I intend setting the balls in motion for that in the first half of August since in theory the VO should be operational until the end of July. Of course if anyone want to stop supporting ngs.ac.uk (or monitoring.ngs.ac.uk or applications.ngs.ac.uk) before that then feel free.

Please give me a link to PROC13 - when a VO is wound up, it must be removed from the Approved VOs, and there are a host of impacts if/when that happens.
