Hello,
So I am trying to use fsl_glm as a script to regress out nuisances (such as motion and average global intensity), but, while my input is in 4D, my output from fsl_glm is in 3D. Is this how the output should be? If it is, how do I use this 3D image output to regress out the nuisances from my original 4D image?
Example of code:
fsl_glm -i preprocessed_image_4D.nii.gz -d image.par -o image_regressed.nii.gz
Thank you,
Yael
