ARA Training Group are pleased to announce the launch of another Core Training events for 2013. A one day training course on Data Protection will be running on Thursday 12th September 2013 at the Museum of English Rural Life (MERL) in Reading.
This course will offer delegates an opportunity to refresh their knowledge of the Data Protection Act 1998, and how it can be applied effectively in the workplace. The day will consist of three training sessions by experts in the field, including staff from The National Archives and the Information Commissioner’s Office. Having reviewed current Data Protection legislation in the first two sessions, the third session will allow delegates to think about Data Protection can be applied in an organisation context.
Delegates will also have the opportunity to present Data Protection scenarios from their own workplaces and discuss them with an expert panel.
