Opportunity to combine an exciting professional career with excellent quality of life in the Cairngorms National Park area of Scotland.
Background
Frontier Science (Scotland) Ltd (FSS) is a subsidiary of a US based non-profit foundation involved in many areas of clinical trials. We are looking for at least two additional statisticians/ senior statisticians to work on all statistical aspects of several clinical trials, primarily in breast cancer. The work will include the development of statistical analysis plans, preparation of statistical programs, conduct of analyses, preparation of reports for the Independent Data Monitoring Committee and / or Trial Steering Committee and, at the appropriate time, assistance in the preparation of trial related publications. The statisticians also work closely with the statistical programmers who design, develop and test statistical programs. The duties will include preparation and maintenance of appropriate documentation. There are several ongoing long-term projects and two new trials about to activate. This is a dynamic environment giving statisticians opportunities to develop their skills in a stable working environment.
