That's what we would like to do at Bangor, initially at any rate, for 
exactly the reasons Adam mentions below.

We are still trying to figure out how this would be possible when 
lecturers start creating and editing their own lists.  Do we just trust 
our academics not to publish lists but request reviews instead?
